At Excell Metal Spinning we internally manufacture in excess of 95% of all production tooling. We have experienced toolmakers that produce tooling and perform secondary machining on parts. We utilize CNC lathes and mills as well as machine lathes, grinders and other tool room equipment to manufacture a tool that is right for the application. Because our tooling is manufactured internally, we can modify the tooling as necessary without delay.

With our tool room capabilities we are able to provide secondary machining for our customers. Many of the parts we manufacture require drilling, or other precision machining so that the parts are ready to use when received. In addition to our internal capabilities we also have qualified suppliers for laser, plating, painting, and other processes. Our goal is to provide a part that is ready to use when it arrives at your plant.
